Refund Policy

At Hemangi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in case a return or cancellation is approved, please review our refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • The product received has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us.
    • The order is canceled before dispatch.
  • A valid unboxing/unpacking video showing the defect or damage is mandatory to be eligible for a refund.
  • Products returned without a proper video proof or after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original method of payment (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be required to share your bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • No unboxing video provided as proof.
  • Product shows signs of use, wash, or damage not caused during delivery.
  • Size or fit issues (these are eligible only for exchange, not refund).
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions — these are final sale items.

4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In rare cases, a partial refund may be approved if:

  • Only a portion of the product is defective.
  • An accessory or part is missing due to our error.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Share your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and the unpacking video clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • Our support team will review the video and update you on the next steps.

Note: Hemangi reserves the right to refuse or delay a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
