Refunds: Refunds are provided only for damaged/defective products or wrong items received. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and you have to return that product.
Return window : 5 days from the date of delivery.
Reasonable return reasons: Accept returns for damaged, defective, wrong item shipped, or size issues.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
